Chicken and Asparagas Quiche



 chicken and Asparagas QUICHE
3 SLICES OF BREAD
500ML MILK
30G BUTTER
Tin Asparagas
200G OF REDUCED FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE
ONION CHOPPED
 SALT/pepperb to taste
4 EGGS BEATEN
IN A POT BOIL THE MILK , BREAD CUT INTO PIECES AND THE BUTTER TILL BOILING POINT. LET IT COOL.
 ADD THE REST OF THE INGrEDIENTS, MIX WELL. POUR MIXTURE INTO BAKING DISH. decorate with remaining asparagas.
 BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180ºC FOR 35 MINUTES OR TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON THE TOP.
