 Mary Ann Bevan, nicknamed the ugliest woman in the world, but when you know her story, you'll call her ′′ The most beautiful woman in the world ".

Mr. Bevan always supported his wife and stood by her side, but his destiny had its own plans. After 11 years of marriage, he died, and Mary became a widow with children and almost no money. Despite her serious illness, she had to support her children.

After accumulating big debts, and with her frustration and economic necessity, she entered the contest for ′′ The Ugliest Woman in the World ′′ won the humiliating prize. She was then taken to the circus, touring the cities of Britain, where all the people rushed to see ′′ The Ugliest Woman in the World ".

Despite this she preferred to hold on to people's mockery to be able to raise their children and give them a good education, she moved to America in 1933 where she died.
